3dayBanger – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing services from 3dayBanger (“3DBZ”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

3dayBanger provides custom songwriting and jingle creation services for businesses and brands.

The standard package includes:

• Two (2) 2-minute songs using the same custom-written lyrics on two different beats

• One (1) 30-second promotional song using a second set of lyrics

• Delivery within three (3) business days

All songs are delivered as final versions.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment of $250 is required upfront.

• Work begins only after payment and intake form submission are completed.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital and custom nature of the service:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will be formally contested.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. No Revisions / No Modifications

3dayBanger operates on a fixed-price, fixed-delivery model.

• No revisions will be provided.

• No edits, adjustments, or modifications will be made after delivery.

• Songs are delivered as-is.

If a client would like additional versions or changes, a new purchase is required.

5. Delivery

• Delivery occurs within three (3) business days after payment and intake completion.

• Files are delivered via email and/or shared drive.

• It is the client’s responsibility to download and save their files.

3dayBanger is not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form.

• Ensure all brand names, slogans, and messaging submitted are legally owned or authorized.

• Respond promptly if clarification is needed before production begins.

Failure to provide complete intake information may delay delivery.

7. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for marketing and promotional purposes.

3dayBanger retains the right to:

• Use completed songs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

• Share excerpts on social media or website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3dayBanger does not guarantee copyright registration or exclusivity unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

3dayBanger is not liable for:

• Business performance or marketing results

• Platform copyright claims

• Distribution issues

• Indirect or consequential damages

The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service ($250).

9. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from 3dayBanger, the client confirms:

• They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

• They agree to all policies stated above.

• They accept the no-refund and no-revision policy.
